FACIAL STRENGTHENING EXERCISES

Facial Strengthening Exercises:-This is a very important exercise. Doing which you look beautiful. Well, it doesn’t mean that your face will change color. Facial Strengthening Exercises exercise will help strengthen your jaw, cheeks, lips, and tongue. This exercise is very beneficial in removing problems in speech, problems with swallowing, or weakness of the muscles of the mouth.

Do these exercises 5 to 10 times every day according to the instructions of your doctor, nurse, or therapist.

For some types of exercises, you will need small flat pieces of wood such as ice cream bar sticks or tongue blades.

Pucker

  1. Make your lips like that which is done while kissing someone. Stayed for 5 seconds.
  2. Press your lips and move your call from one side to the other. Do not move your tongue. Repeat this 10 times.

Lower Lip Lift

  1. Move your lower lip as high as you can. Like pout is made while taking a selfie. Stop this activity for 5 to 10 seconds.
  2. For your throat, lift the head up the lips.

Lip Hold

  1. Place a small piece of girl or a tongue blade between your lips.
  2. Just press with your lips and place the piece of wood outside the mouth.
  3. Hold the piece of wood for 1 minute or as long as possible.

Straight Tong Stretch

  1. Open your mouth and let your tongue go out as much as you can.
  2. Take out your tongue as much as you can.

Side Tongue Stretch

  1. Take your tongue out from the right side of the mouth. Dye your tongue as much as you can and hold it for 10 seconds.
  2. Take your tongue out from the left side of the mouth and Take out your tongue to the left as much as you can and hold it for 10 seconds.
  3. Take out your tongue and rotate it from side to side. While rotating, make sure that your tongue touches the corners of the tongue every time.

Up and Down Tongue Stretch

  1. Open your mouth and take out your tongue and bring it down towards the chin. Take your tongue down and hold it for 10 seconds.

Tong sweep

Teeth Sweep

Lick Your Lips

  1. Use the next head of your tongue and do it up and down as you lick your lips.
  2. Repeat this 10 times.

Tung in check push

  1. Let your tongue go inside your right cheek and do it up and down.
  2. Repeat this 10 times.
  3. Repeat the same action with your left cheek.
  4. Let your tongue go inside your right cheek. Place your finger on the outer surface of your cheek and push against the tongue. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  5. Repeat the same action with your left cheek.

Tung Blade

  1. Take out your tongue. Press the next head of your tongue on a wooden flat piece, stick blade or plastic spoon 2-3 times. While pushing your tongue on the stick, press the stick. Hold it for 10 seconds.
  2. Place the stick on one side of your tongue. While inserting the stick, push the side of your tongue on the stick. Do the same action with the other side of your tongue.
  3. Place the stick on the front of your tongue. While pushing the stick downwards, press your tongue upwards on the stick. Hold it for 10 seconds.
  4. After this, place the stick under your tongue and while pushing the tongue upwards, push the stick down. Hold it for 10 seconds.
